Razor Shark

Razor Shark Review

Razor Shark is part of the trendy slots in 2021, although it was released in 2019 by Push Gaming. This aquatic-themed slot utilizes 5 reels, 4 rows, and 20 paylines. The minimum bet you can place is 10 cents, and it goes up to 100$/€ USD/EUR. You could potentially win up to 50 000x, which is a return way above the standard for many other slots.

Additionally, the RTP rate is 96.70%, quite standard for the current generation of slots, and can be considered high. One other thing you have to keep in mind is the high volatility, which is not abnormal as the winnings can be immense. Some other mentioned features, that we will cover, are the Razor Reveal, the Nudge & Reveal, the Mystery Stacks, the Scatter Symbol, and the Free Spins Multiplier.

Features

The Scatter Symbol is basically a Sea Mine symbol, of which if you land 3 anywhere on the field, you will trigger the Free Games Feature, which fills the second and fourth reels with Mystery Stacks, and for each additional scatter, you get a +1 to the feature, as each +1 causes the Mystery Stacks to nudge up by a single position.

To simplify, Mystery Stacks come in stacks of 4 symbols which can potentially land anywhere on the field, and once they do, the Nudge & Reveal feature gets triggered as well.

Once the Nudge & Reveal feature is triggers, the Mystery Stacks reveal either Golden Shark Symbols or Paying Symbols. If a Golden Shark symbol is revealed, the Razor Reveal Feature triggers which will then spin each Mystery Stack symbol and land on one of the following: Bet Multiplier Coins or Scatter Symbols. And if the Mystery Stacks reveal Paying Symbols, all existing win lines get paid immediately.

These can be a bit confusing in theory, so we recommend trying out a demo version of the slot to get a feel of what these features do.

Theme

Razor Shark offers a casual, but nonetheless beautiful and authentic aquatic experience. The eye candy on the side of the board subconsciously makes the gameplay more enjoyable. If you are looking to relax, this is a great casual visual ride, with cartoonish symbols and menu. Just like most Push Gaming releases in recent years, this one is also a masterpiece when it comes to aesthetics.

Mobile Support

If you prefer gaming using an iOS or Android device, you'd love Razor Shark. All the visuals are kept intact with some minor changes due to the display size difference. You will find your balance and bet on top of the screen in contrast to most other slots which have these indicators on the bottom. Additionally, you have the spin button in the middle of the screen, on top of which you also have a "plus" symbol, which allows you to select the number of automatic spins you'd like to make.

Conclusion

Razor Shark is at the top of the "food chain" right now when it comes to popularity, and for a good reason. You will be able to benefit from potentially enormous payouts, although the volatility is high, we think that's very understandable. The visuals are absolutely stunning, which will contribute even further to the experience.
