Aloha King Elvis

Aloha King Elvis Review

Aloha King Elivs is developed by BGaming and delivers a one-of-a-kind Hawaii-themed slot, which is an alternative to the popular Elvis Frog in Vegas, where the main character, this time, is located on the tropic island and sings to the rhythm of the waves. The slot offers a 5 reel, 3 rows, and 25 paylines layout, with bets that go from $0.25 all the way up to $50, where you can win up to x16500 your wager.

What we found a bit weird is that the RTP here is 94.9%, which is way lower than the standard of 96%, and than the original game that shares the same percentage as the standard. The way the RTP works is that if you were to play $100 in bets, you'd be getting a $94.90 return, theoretically.

Theme & Symbols

The typical Hawaiian theme is being implemented in this unique game, with the visuals matching the vibe of the tropical island, but more importantly, what stands out is the fun and enjoyable music sung by our main character
- Elvis the Frog. During play, you will be coming across the symbols J, Q, K, A, Drums, Ukulele, Hippy Bus, Lady Frog, Coin, Collect, Bonus, and Wild symbols. The Coin symbol increases the total winnings of the round, while the Collect symbol sums up the values of all Coins and acts as the total amount, while all other Coin values are also kept.

Free Spins

Once you land 3 or more Bonus symbols in the main game, you will be choosing from 2 types of Free Spins, a Special Guest Party and a VIP Party. Choosing either one will start the bonus game, which we will be talking about in a moment.

Gamble Feature

The Special Guest Party turns the layout's 2nd, 3rd, and 4th reel into special reels, where a giant symbol can drop. This particular Party includes 5 Free Spins, and every Giant Bonus symbol dropped re-triggers additional 3 spins. During the VIP Party, on the other hand, only middle, high, and occasionally coin symbols drop on the reels. It includes 8 Free Spins and if you are lucky enough to get 3 Bonus symbols to drop, you retrigger 8 additional Free Spins.

Mobile Support

Aloha King Elvis is well-optimized for your mobile devices allowing for a seamless transition, which is such, due to the fact that the only real difference between both versions is the placement of the buttons. On the mobile version, you will find all the navigation panes on the right-hand sight, while on the desktop version, the same can be found in the middle of the screen.

Conclusion

Surprisingly enough, a spin-off of the original Elvis Frog in Vegas is just as enjoyable as the real deal. The game offers a lower RTP percentage than its root game, although the maximum winnings here jump quite a lot, all the way up to x16500. The 2 different bonus games allow for interesting diversity and high winnings. An overall fun-to-play game, but due to the low RTP, it is arguable if it is a good idea to switch up from the original one to this version.
