Deposits & Withdrawals

We had a hard time finding a minimum deposit amount for the cryptocurrencies, so we reached out to the customer support team for more information. A table with all limits was provided to us in the form of a screenshot, which is supposed to be added in the upcoming days, to the bottom of the website as a link.

From the screenshot, we found out that the limit for Bitcoin is 0.0002 BTC, which is around $10, while for Ethereum it is 0.01 ETH, or about $30 USD. All fiat currencies share the same deposit limit of $5, which is surprisingly better than the current standard throughout the industry.

When it comes to withdrawals, all cryptocurrencies have the same limits as the ones for deposits on the table that was provided to us, or 0.0002 BTC and 0.01 ETH, although when we went to the “Withdraw” section, it is said that all cryptocurrencies have a limit of the equivalent of $15, so we are unsure what to make of that. Fiat currencies all share the same withdrawal requirement of $20, which also is not stated anywhere on the website.

We were also informed by a customer support agent that all deposits will be coming with a 1x wagering requirement, meaning you will have to place bets for 1x the amount of your deposit. For example, if you were to deposit $50 or 0.1 BTC, you’d have to make $50 or 0.1 BTC worth of bets. Additionally, when making a withdrawal request, you will need to confirm your identity using a photo of your ID or Passport, a document to prove your address, and a photo of the card you are using.

All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within a 72-hour timeframe. Additionally, if you are using crypto, the funds will arrive at you within a couple of hours, although sometimes it can take up to 24 hours. And if you are using fiat, you will depend on the payment method and your bank when it comes to a timeframe.
